- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not really, have some fixed pricing, some at time and material, and some depends on type of job and others I bring in to facilitate job completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establish a budget for the project, determine if the project can be done for stated budget, and keep project within budget amount as much as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two years of drafting, 3 years shop class, and 35 years job experience.
