Browse these bathtub installers with great ratings from Thumbtack customers in Milwaukee.
Dave was very easy to work with and flexible with scheduling. We had bought an older home and needed the tub replaced. He submitted his bid and came by to verify what his bid was was accurate. He even researched the new tub we had purchased to make sure he had everything we needed as we had misplaced the installation instructions. We are considering another project and he'll be the one we call.
Chris is awesome. I hired him to replace two ceiling fans with two new chandeliers. He showed up early, finished early, charged less than estimate due to how quickly he got it done. Will definitely consider him for bigger projects, like finishing off a bathroom in our basement. Would recommend him to others.
I hired Bill to repair/replace some doors, install a sink, paint and a few other small odd jobs around my house. He did a nice job on the work and the cost of his service was very reasonable. I think he might have gotten the job done a little faster if he put in full days and had his girlfriend not come with him to work every day, but overall, I am very satisfied with the job.
Josh did a great job remodeling my entire bathroom, tile, shower, floor, trim, paint, vanity, lighting. Bathroom looks great, affordable quote with excellent communication/project management and a very fair price. I would recommend for bathroom tiling and paint, etc. I actually did all the demo, and it got too difficult for me to continue, Josh came in and knocked the project out the park.
Ben from Jay Charles was able to come right out and took care of several issues we were having with leaking faucets/toilets immediately. Both Nic and Ben are professional, kind and very responsive. I will be using Jay Charles in the future for other home projects and repairs.
Kyle did a fantastic job installing our bathroom ceramic tile on the walls and floor, including an original shower niche design that tied in with the rest of the room. What I really appreciate are the straight lines of tile along the corners, the level floors for our free standing vanity and linen cabinet (no tipping or rocking), and the neatly sealed edges all around. Kyle carefully leveled and lined each tile in place, and the result is high-end quality. Kyle is very pleasant and easy to work with, adapting to the schedule of plumber or plasterer. His correspondence is timely and efficient, and his knowledge of products and installation methods are impressive. Outstanding was his genuine interest in designing and installing a product we would be happy with. Our project grew from replacing a broken sink to a total bathroom remodel. Especially helpful was his price quote that listed additional options for an extra cost, such as tiling the closet floor. This helped us clarify the value of our remodeling ideas. Since Kyle does most of the work himself (along with some very qualified help) rather than contracting the work out, we felt confident about getting the job we discussed and its quality. His price is somewhat higher than average compared to others we researched, although not the highest. However, we feel that we could not have been more satisfied with anyone elses job.
This guy is Great! (with a capital G) Prompt, fair, a good communicator, clean and efficient. The end product of our bathroom shower door and hardware was perfect. In fact we were so impressed, we've asked him to do a few more odd jobs around the house. James really takes great pride in his work. I definitely will keep his number handy.
I had the good fortune of discovering Roerdink Remodel through a business associate in the spring of 2017. At the time, what I needed was a handyman for a new investment property, and Dan Roerdink quickly showed his skill, professionalism, timeliness, insight, and good humor. Since then, I've purchased another investment property, this time a 2-Family, and Dan has become my right-hand man. He's done everything from plaster repair to custom carpentry, light electrical to plumbing, custom door framing / cutting / installation, window replacement, painting and lighting. Dan is truly an excellent contractor, a cut above the rest. Several of my clients in Property Management are now hiring him as well, with equally impressive results. If you're fortunate enough to find Dan with time in his schedule for your project, I would seize the opportunity! Feel free to contact me via Facebook for my business with any questions or to confirm the veracity of this review. - Kurt P. Coffin, Owner of Summit Property Management of Sheboygan.
Working with Steve was an amazing, POSITIVE contrast to previous contractors we've had in the house. We gave him a "test drive," by asking him to install a couple of windows. When we experienced his workmanship and dependability, we then contracted him to patch up the drywall and install the kitchen cabinets we had already ordered from another company. Dependable: Steve came when he said he would---or called when he was running late. He also went above and beyond what was "required" of him to do his job. We didn't have a car big enough to bring one of our windows home, so Steve picked it up for us, and brought it home! Quality of workmanship: His work was outstanding. Steve paid attention to big AND small details (leveling each of the cabinet doors!); carefully followed--or improved upon--the cabinet plans; touched up the paint that was scuffed when cabinets were installed; and cleaned up after himself every day. With the drywall, he took the time to go over it two or three times, until the new part was seamless with the old. With the window trim, he made a custom stain that beautifully coordinates the window trim to the cabinets, and gave me extra for our future use. Knowledgeable: He knows the code, and chooses to go beyond the minimum. He moved one of our windows, and told us the minimum header was eight inches. He chose to put in an ten inch header. When the rough work was done by the other contractors (plumber and electrician), he pointed out a couple of things that weren't up to code, and said we should be sure these details were done before the rough inspection. He helped me save thousands of dollars by walking me through how to be my own general contractor---at no cost to us. From time to time, Steve would even call me to see how things were progressing, and let me know the "next step," to keep things moving. He pointed out ways he could have saved me money on the cabinets, if I had ordered through him. We're hoping to do an addition on the house in a couple of years. When we do, we'll be calling this guy again. Thanks, Steve, for your outstanding workmanship! I LOVE our kitchen! :)
We recently had George and his crew come and do a remodel job at our house and installed a bay window and woodwork. Absolutely amazing highly recommend them and the price was very reasonable .
Hired Joe to replace a pool table light with 4 can lights in my basement. He was easy to work with, arrived when he said he would, cleaned up after himself, and charged an honest price.
Excellent job with replacing gas piping to dryer and water tank. Defiantly will refer and use again.
John has done a multitude of construction and repair tasks for us. He can put on a new roof, build and/or repair fences, install drywall, paint, and make repairs large and small. He is punctual, gets jobs done quickly, cleans the area and charges for his work are fair. His work is meticulous and he takes pride in his work. Highly recommended!
Tank's Home Improvement was hired to reseal and caulk a bathtub and fix a wall that was flaking. He worked according to my schedule, which meant he had to start the job at 11- o'clock at night since I'm a third shifter working from home. He even went as far as to scrub my bathtub (which I hate to admit, was pretty filthy) The job was completed in one night, the tub has stopped leaking and the wall has been patched, and is holding up far better than before. He is the third handyman I hired for this problem and the only one to do the job correctly, reasonably and to my schedule. I will be hiring him again to handyman the rest of my 200 year old house that's been falling apart.
Herley did a great job installing a new faucet in my bathroom. He was on time. Very professional. Explained very thoroughly what he was doing. Did a clean job. He was reasonably priced. He also explained that as a general contractor he can also help with any other projects inside and outside the house. I will certainly hire him again for other projects that may come up in my house and highly recommend him.
Frank did an excellent job on our condo. He painted the entire unit, made some minor repairs and installed a new closet door. He was very timely and left the unit clean every time he worked on it. His prices are excellent. I will call him again when needed. He was a pleasure to work with. Thanks, Frank!!
We first hired Handy Husbands to repair a faucet and install a new screen door. They were clean, professional, and very friendly, we have since hired them for a few updates and they have always been very helpful. Tim was helpful in finding the most affordable materials to get the results we were looking for.
