- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are currently running a special for new customers. New customers, will receive $25.00 off of their first service with us. Just mention the phrase “LoveCleaning” this promotion ends on 12/31/18.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer has contacted us for services, I prefer to meet with them at their home to take with them on their specific needs and answer any questions they may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Business Management as well as 15 plus years of customer service experience.
