Food is an integral part of my family's history, and I've named my business after my grandmother, Mae-Bee, whose sumptuous dishes brought joy to my palate as a young boy, inspiring me to join her in the kitchen. Throughout my life, I have worked in a variety of professional kitchens, and I am consistently excited by trying new recipes as well as putting my spin on traditional dishes from many different cuisines (Contemporary American, Southern American, French, Italian, Mexican, and many, many more). I ensure that every meal is prepared with the freshest ingredients, and I take pride in ensuring that my customers thoroughly enjoy their culinary experience. I am a versatile chef, and I can provide weekly meals, full menus for special events, and even romantic dinners.
