Introduction: I troubleshoot and repair laptops, desktops as well as wired and wireless networking systems; software and hardware problems; data recovery, which can sometimes result from a computer crashing or a virus that has dismantled the operating system.
I also upgrade computer software in the event your system is outdated; for example, support for Windows XP ended on April 8, 2014. Some websites and features on different websites will not work correctly without a proper upgrade of your current operating system.
In addition, I check to make sure that no current viruses are on your computer, that everything is working as it should and install an antivirus program that continues to keep your system clean and virus-free. Daily protection for your system is a must-have if you don't already have an antivirus system in place. I also troubleshoot and repair printer issues, both hardware and software, on wired and wireless systems.
Many customers have given up on some of their older systems until I made them aware of a few changes that could be made to upgrade and would allow them to keep that particular system for a little while longer.
Also, many of my customers who have newer systems have paid $100 up front, to companies I will not mention, only to find out later that they could have saved money by contacting the right person, had everything done for that amount or less, and continued with their current system instead of purchasing a newer one.
This is a great business that I love doing, and I welcome anyone with computer problems to contact me and let me know what type of problem they are having. I'm certain that we can reach a solution to that problem as well as a cost that is affordable.
