Very prepared with recipes and materials. Explained knife work and gave feedback as cooking progressed. Gained several excellent tips that I can use going forward. Do plan on arranging another lesson in the future.

Chef Bob was amazing to work with. He came up with a menu to fit my husband's favorite foods while helping him learn to use his new Chinese Vegetable knife. We enjoy delicious food, with elements of surprise along the way. Chef Bob was very communicative throughout the project. We're hoping to hire him again for a group lesson.
