I will help you menu plan your event, give you pre-planned menu choices, and then come prepare 10 meals that you can place in your freezer, and pull out and prepare anytime you need that are prepared with all-natural products. I can also help you host a night out with friends and family by presenting a workshop where each of your guest go home with 10 meals that we prepared together.
Hello, I am a self-taught chef, and I had owned a restaurant for 7 years. My passion for food and helping people in their busy lives have brought to bringing healthy, organic and healthy meal options into their homes. I offer meal plans that are made easy. I will come into your home, prepare 10 meals to be placed in your freezer; all you need to do is thaw, cook and eat. Once hired by you, we will sit down and menu plan, and you will be able to choose from several different pre-planned options, or we can create a 10-day menu plan together.
I will give you a shopping list, and that's all that is to it. I will come to your kitchen, and prepare in your kitchen, place in your freezer, and leave all the instructions for preparing when you are ready to eat. You can also hold a freezer meal workshop with all your friends in your home, as a night out with 8 to 10 guests, and I will show everyone how to prepare meals, give you great cooking tips, as well as more recipes that you can use.

It's as easy as PLAN: P- Pick a meal plan, L - Grocery shopping list, A - I will assemble your meals or you can with your workshop party, and N - No nonsense, natural and nutritious meals.
My rates are $250.00 for 10 meals that can be put in your freezer for a family of 4, so that's 40 meals or 80 meals for 2 people.
My hourly rate on cooking for private dinner parties or family dinners is $85.00 per hour. I can menu plan, and give you a grocery list to have it ready for the menu, or I can shop for all the groceries for $150.00 per hour plus the cost of food.
