- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer group pricing. No charge for traveling to your space!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, you give us a few dates and times that work for you, and let us know if you'd like to use our classroom or if you'd like us to travel to you (group classes 3+). Prior to the class, we need an exact number of students, so the ratio of students to instructors is appropriate. That's it! We take care of everything else!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
American Heart Association CPR-Instructor, EMT-P state of WI and nationally certified, ACLS, PALS, HSI CPR-I, WI CBRF registry instructors (our other staff includes RN's, EMT- instructors, and sll 4 WI CBRF registry classes)
