Flora stained our cedar home and replaced damaged boards. They also rebuilt the framing of our deck. The painters and the carpenter produced quality work at a fair price. We are very pleased with the results!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on time and materials. We are a union led, worker-owner cooperatives which means all workers are also owners. We believe in economic democracy and shared responsibility. Flora Cooperative offer discounts for seniors and union members.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually get a call or email from our clients looking for an estimate. Our estimator gets back to our prospective client with some times to take a look at the project so we can best provide a scope and proposal. Fluidity and ease of conversation beyond this initial meet and greet can occur on multiple platforms to help bring our clients' project to a satisfied completion.
