- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet. Evaluated the request. Offer ideas and options, create a plan, draw a plan sometimes. Price it out. Set a start date. Work with the client as the projects progresse. Complete it in a reasonable amount of time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the U of Milwaukee with a degree in Art and Design and a minor in Arch technologies. That combined with always being in the industry, you stay pretty well informed, but I am always learning new tricks, sometimes from working with other long term contractors in specific fields, sometimes from contractor shows, sometimes from experience on the job and dealing with inspectors. I studied buildings and how they work, what works against them and have SEEN first hand, things done to buildings that have NOT worked. All of this makes me an educated contractor.
