• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  I charge per hour, sliding scale, and have package deals. Prices will be discussed before the first lesson.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I introduce myself and ask what they are looking to get out of drum lessons. I teach each new customer by their skill level and learning pace.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I started learning drums in grade school and was in band class until I graduated high school. I taught drums in Atlanta for about 2 years, and I recorded 2 demo CD's.
