- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by reviewing photos, product links, or the assembly instructions to understand your project. Once I have the details, I'll provide an estimate and schedule your appointment. On the day of service, I arrive prepared, assemble your furniture according to the manufacturer's instructions, perform a final quality check, clean up my work area, and make sure you're completely satisfied before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from assembling a wide variety of furniture while developing efficient, detail focused assembly techniques. I carefully follow manufacturer instructions and take pride in building furniture that is sturdy, safe, and completed correctly the first time.
