- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to show my gratitude and respect for my customers and business and also express my enthusiasm for there project. I ask questions about the scope of work ask for photos and approach each process with a positive attitude and integrity. I like to build a good relationship with my customers so that we are all comfortable and confident.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got my punctuality, integrity and commitment to service from my military career. My skills and knowledge I credit that to trades school and time working as an electrician.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was always trying to figure out how things worked and through that curiosity came a real desire to learn.
