About
We will take your project from the very beginning of the planning phase all the way to the clean up. We are professionals through and through and we take your investments seriously. Our goal is to take what is complex and lengthy and turn it into a beautiful dwelling that people will want to live in. We specialize in interior remodeling from the owner-occupied home owner all the way to big investors finding the most cost-effective way of doing business. Additionally we have built a network of specialists and subcontractors that are at the ready in the case that more specialized services need to be performed. We only choose to work with people that have proven the worth of their work. Why choose us? Because we are experts in taking your headache and making it as easy for you as possible. We even give you the option of using materials purchase transparency in the case that you want to make the purchases yourself and maximize your credit card benefits. All we do is make the order list online, send it to you so you can make the purchase, and we’ll pick it up from the store of your choice and drop it off on site. P.S. I run my business full time with 4 employees and multiple subcontractors running lengthy and complex full-home remodels - bathrooms, siding, kitchens, flooring, painting, etc. I just really miss the quiet and peace that comes with assembling furniture from a box.

We needed a closet repaired. Required was to repair falling down ceiling and remove wallpaper from walls. Roberto was prompt in responding and very thorough with his work. He did the job to the point we agreed upon so I could take over and was helpful with what I needed to complete the room. He's reasonably priced, easy to work with, and a nice guy.

Rob worked on my dry wall after my dog Roxy ran into it. She left about a one foot hole about knee level high in the living room and it looked really bad. Found Rob here, told him what my problem was, he checked it out for a couple of minutes and got to work right away. Got the wall patched up yesterday and I just painted it today. Looks like nothing happened. Even my dog is impressed. Cheers!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I don't usually charge per hour anymore. Instead, I see what the job entails and give you an estimate. That way we are both at ease and I can focus on the work instead of rushing and you, as a customer, can relax since you know what you are paying before it's done. It's a win win.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

My dad had always been the handyman of my family and extended family and they would always call him over for repairs, building/installing. Some projects required a second hand and I was always enthused to be picked for the job. It clicked with me on how simple the ideas of construction are and had turned into the handyman of my friends and my family because of that. Eventually I got a job in doing commercial maintenance and construction.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

What I love about this job is that I get to meet people of all types. I've worked with clients who are extremely meticulous about the process as well as customers only caring about the outcome. I've worked with clients who are there majority of the time supervising and I've worked with clients who are never there/not in the house when I'm working. I've also had clients who are not physically present and own Airbnb's and let me in via their lock boxes to do work. I've worked with clients who are not sure about what they want and have reached out for my consultation and I've guided them based on what they want and what will work. Working with people is such a privilege for me.
