- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try my best to give you the estimate you and I can come in agreement with. I do very professional and quality work and you will get your money's worth. 100%!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having people you don't know over your house can be a little bit scary, but here at Thumbtack we pass a background check which should come to some relief for my customers. I am fully insured and I will not leave your home until you are satisfied with your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been tearing up old floors and installing new floors for over 13 years now and still always something new to learn.
