J and J contracting came and quoted out a bathroom tile job along with replacing my vanity. John was on time for the quote and explained different ways to and styles that would fit our end goal for how we wanted the bathroom to look. We are 100% satisfied and am looking to hire again for additional work.

John came right out to the house to discuss my new deck project. He texted me a price quote within a few days and said he would email a quote within the next day. I never received anything from him. I’m asked him via text where the quote was and he said I should have it already. I checked all my spam folders, etc. I asked him to resend to another email address which he again said he would. I continued to receive nothing. I texted several times and called and left a v/m. He never called me back. My final text to him was asking me if he was still interested in my business and I was trying to figure out why he suddenly ghosted me. Had I received his quote I would have spent $35K with his company. Very odd he spent the time coming out to my house to look at my project and then just totally blew me off. If he decided after the fact he was not interested in my job than a simple statement to that effect would have been sufficient. Ghosting is not professional.

Both emails that I was given would not, after multiple attempts to reach through email I was under the impression of not giving working emails wasn’t going to work out for business
