- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is factored on the complexity of the project. i.e. Surface, application type, ceiling height, texture, condition, color change, and delivery if applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On-sight consultation**, then will provide estimate by the following day. This will include labor and materials. We highly prefer to provide the paint for the client. We also provide our own tools and will work around the schedule of the client. With payments, we ask for 30% of the estimated bid when hired , and will collect the reminder of the payment when the job is complete. The 30% down will be subtracted from the final invoice. ** Do to Covid-19, Virtual consultations are offered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degree in fine art, and have been working in the creative field for 15+years . 10 of which have been painting interior spaces and faux finishings. Several years of experience working as furniture application artisan at high-end home decor store. hand painting furniture, color consulting, interior decorating solutions, and theatrical set dressing.
