We hired Victor Zavala to start this morning to put up a drywall between two bedrooms. He is extremely unprofessional and has no respect for time. He showed up almost an hour late for the estimate last week. And today he was a no show for a start time of 8:30am! (which was a time he chose to start) After texting him at 9am to see if he is still coming to start the work, he replied that he would be there by 9:30a. I called him to see what was going on. And his response was "I didn't think that being late was that big of a deal." Seriously?!!?!! And then his response was "do you still want me to do the job or will you find someone else?" Well, Victor, you are FIRED!
