- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices can be flexible depending on job. Example if you're having me paint interior and you are supplying materials, I am much cheaper on pricing then if I am supplying materials. Same concept applies towards jobs where I would need to bring a crew compared to a job I work alone
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally I listen to what customer is asking for. Try to give them a few different options if possible. Always looking to build a report most new customers turn into clients so always looking to fit their needs and request
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands on experience have worked for the bigger companies in my various fields, have always started from ground up learning the do's and dont's the why and why not. Am also knowledgeable enough to be honest and up front when job is above my skills then have other mastercraftsmen who I can either turn to or turn customer to
