Ben Zing was fantastic to work with and an even better personal chef! His rates were affordable and his presentation and creativity was appreciated. Our menu included Bruschetta, chipotle bbq meatballs, mushroom blue cheese tartlets, jamaican jerk chicken bacon pinepple slides, a fruit and veggie tray, 3 types of flatbread pizzas and my personal favorites: white chocolate raspberry cake towers & boozy root beer floats w/ brownies for dessert! I was pregnant and he even went above and beyond to make a non-alc version of the adult floats just for me. Check out the pictures below. At first contact, it was great. The chef contacted me right away, I had special dietary needs and the chef was able to accommodate. However, when I said yes, I'd like to set up a time and place so we could sample food & get a menu together, the chef never responded after that. So I had to go with a different company that could fulfill my needs.

Ben helped us create the perfect menu for a fun gathering. The dishes were excellently prepared and he provided us with ample instructions and cookware to make it perfect. We definitely recommend and will use again.

We have had the pleasure of knowing Ben for many years and enjoying his incredibly wonderful food. He uses locally grown whenever possible and everything is made fresh. In addition, he is very creative and loves experimenting with different flavors and textures. He has made some of the best dishes we have ever had using a combination of ingredients that we would never have dreamed would go together so well! Eating one of Ben’s meals is always a culinary delight!
