I never met this person. He messaged once on this site and that was the end of it. Please disregard this review as this person has no evidence to go on for the poor rating. It is unfair to rate a service you declined.
I trained with Jamie for almost a year. Not only was I in the best shape of my life, both endurance and strength wise, but I enjoyed the hour a week I trained with her. I think the best compliment I can give her is even though I moved away, I still use many of her tips and exercises as I start a new workout program in a new stateJul 17, 2014Verified

Q & A
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes. I read peer reviewed journals and try to take one online class a month. I am also in school for nursing :) I have my advanced certification from the American College of Sports Medicine and American Cancer Society as a Cancer Exercise Trainer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?A friend asked me why I didn't become a personal trainer because I was always in the gym and helping friends out already.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Keep in mind, you usually get what you pay for. If you think someone is too expensive, talk to them about pricing. I offer many different workout/program options.
