Introduction: Elite personal training facility with everything you want and need to change your health for the better. Cheaper and more high quality than Big box corporate gyms and a homey family vibe of support and respect. I make it fun and exciting to come in and get fit, with a purpose to not only reach your goals, but teach you along the way so you can know how to maintain those goals and not need to spend money on training in the future. I’ll give you a workout plan for days we don’t train which will help you reach your goals faster as well as give you more confidence in the gym. The plans will be designed to compliment what we do in our sessions to maximize your progress. For an additional cost I can set up a meal plan for you to follow if needed, but I do offer free advice in a simple and easy to follow way that works well for most of my clients. 🚨I also do online training!🚨 Workouts and nutritional help included as well as frequent check ins to keep you on track! Just mention you would like more info about training online when messaging me! I love seeing people’s attitude and feelings about themselves change as they grow more positive and happy through the changes of improved health and fitness. It makes me happy to make others happy and get them on the right path to being and staying healthy.

Personal Training

After the first consultation with Austin, I was left extremely comfortable and excited for what was in store for my first personal training experience. My goal was to get a jump start back into lifting and learn about weight lifting, and that is exactly what Austin provided. Austin is extremely knowledgable with how each exercise/lift would impact the body and the reasons why doing them would be beneficial for fitness goals and overall health. He also made the experience very enjoyable by being a motivating and down to earth guy. I was always nervous about feeling intimated by a personal trainer or the facilities people personal train in, but this was not that at all. Every session included a few laughs and stories along with the sweat. I would highly recommend Austin to anyone at any level of fitness to work with him as you would not regret it!

Personal Training

I felt comfortable with Austin as soon as I walked in the door, and that’s important when hiring a personal trainer! He’s obviously very well informed without being boastful about it - he helps you understand exercises and work out benefits in ways you’ll understand and be excited about! I’m a 31 year old woman, have had 5 back surgeries and have barely ever worked out (maybe here and there with a YouTube video) but we are both confident I can achieve my fitness goals with his guidance. His facility is perfect for anyone at any level and everyone is very friendly and down to earth. Super excited to continue my work with Austin! 💪🏽

Personal Training

My experience with Austin thus far has been exactly the kick in the butt I need to start prioritizing my strength and overall physical health. He really is the total package from nutrition planning and supplement suggestions, to detailed expert training plans. He provides highly detailed instruction and pushes you to work your hardest without sacrificing safety and form. There’s no better investment than in your health.

Personal Training

Really cool dude. He knows a lot about fitness and is patient to teach you the proper techniques when working out. He will also make you feel right at home with his OWN gym. He has that southern hospitality trait. And if price of a trainer scares you? I will reassure you, he has the best prices around. If you want someone who is fun to be around, has a gym that has a family atmosphere, and is more than just a professional trainer, choose Austin. You will not be disappointed.

Austin RULES. Plain and simple. I've never worked with a trainer with such a solid understanding and knowledge of body mechanics and the musculoskeletal system. You know you are in safe hands with Austin.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is very very fair. Most corporate gyms will charge you upwards of $75-$80 dollars a session and lock you into this crazy contract. Not to mention if you end up not liking your trainer or don’t think they are doing a good job, you are usually stuck with them. I currently charge $40 a session which is very affordable. I offer discounts when amounts are paid in full in advance, as well as if you decide to train more than once per week. You also get a FREE membership to my gym which many others can’t offer you.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to have a free meeting with them to discuss more in depth their goals and fitness history, as well as get to know them and find out certain things to best help them reach their goals. I then usually offer them one free session to “try before they buy” which gives them a chance to see what my gym is like as well as what training with me is like. If they want to continue , then we get them on a schedule and go from there. If they don’t choose to continue with me, I make sure to help layout a plan for them to make some progress on their own. You never leave empty handed with me and you get a lot before you need to hand over any money.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have my NASM Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. It is one of the best training certifications you can have and consists of months of studying and learning with a test at the end needing higher than 80% to pass.
