Alex has been extremely helpful with instructing me in achieving my original goals of losing weight and inches, and has helped alleviate my lower back issues by teaching me how to breathe and move properly. He goes above and beyond what I had expected of a trainer and checks in with me in between sessions and provides additional resources. Alex is very approachable, laid back, and reassuring. He creates fun but challenging workouts. I definitely recommend Alex!

Alex is an excellent personal trainer. When I first met Alex I was in severe pain everyday. While we worked together Alex showed me his intelligence regarding the human body and its workings. During my rehabilitation he pushed me each and every time. He challenged me with new and different exercises that we did together as well as ones I could do on my own. We worked together once a week for about 2 months. Today I am pain free and moving better than ever.

My experience with Alex was very positive. He always provides unique workouts specifically tailored to my personal goals. I am involved in track, a sport Alex is intimately familiar with. He created workouts designed to improve my speed and power while making time to incorporate stretching and other protective exercises. You will never be stuck doing repetitive weight work with Alex! He uses numerous types of equipment including kettlebells, TRX, and stability balls to keep things interesting. Highly recommend this guy!
