Alex has been extremely helpful with instructing me in achieving my original goals of losing weight and inches, and has helped alleviate my lower back issues by teaching me how to breathe and move properly. He goes above and beyond what I had expected of a trainer and checks in with me in between sessions and provides additional resources. Alex is very approachable, laid back, and reassuring. He creates fun but challenging workouts. I definitely recommend Alex!

Alex is an excellent personal trainer. When I first met Alex I was in severe pain everyday. While we worked together Alex showed me his intelligence regarding the human body and its workings. During my rehabilitation he pushed me each and every time. He challenged me with new and different exercises that we did together as well as ones I could do on my own. We worked together once a week for about 2 months. Today I am pain free and moving better than ever.

I have had Alex as both a one-on-one trainer and a fitness class instructor. He tailors workouts to meet your personal goals and/or interests. In addition to demonstrating how to do an exercise, he explains what muscles the exercise trains and why that exercise may be preferable to another. Alex keeps workouts fresh by introducing new exercises or variations on old ones.
