Personal Training
Having good posture, stability, mobility, and motor control should always be a prerequisite to a strength and conditioning program. As we develop early on in life we learn to roll, crawl, stand and then walk. Because these movements are so simple it makes simulating them great warmup drills to redefine and train the difficult job of improving posture. Once they are mastered then concepts from them can be applied to most exercise. A lot of people step into the gym with little plans, huge goals and little knowledge. That's the fast track to failure. It's not easy loosing weight or gaining muscle. Add that onto having a bad back, neck, or knees and that's deep hole to crawl out of. To train like you are twenty, you have to feel like you are twenty.
