I think the way my program stands out from a lot of trainers is that I will customize a plan specifically for you based on weight, body fat, age, goals etc. This isn't you just coming in and working out, this is making sure everything is custom tailored to fit your goals and schedule! I make sure that every part of the guessing game is taken out so you can learn as much as possible and be as stress free as possible. I promise you, if you follow my guidance, you can get to where you want to be. Personal interaction with the Clients. I am a big people person and I try to make everything as fun and carefree as possible. I extremely personable and I believe that in this business personal interaction is absolutely key. It is called personal training after all.

Sam has been great to deal with. Getting started was easy and he's very flexible with the schedule, which I require due to business travel. He provided food plans and take-away exercises that I can do at hotels when traveling. All in all, a great guy with a great training style.

Sam provided training exactly how I needed it. We sat down, talked about goals, diet, and exercise outside of the gym when not with him. My goal was to gain strength and become a better endurance runner, Sam was successful in helping me do that. Most importantly he helped maintain my motivation throughout our time together. He maintains records of your progress, which I appreciate, and helped me to realize how much stronger I was getting. He was flexible with scheduling and was able to work with my needs. I highly recommend Sam and anyone would benefit from working with him.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I've been around fitness and sports my whole life. It was a natural decision and one of the best I've made in my life. I broke my back in a snowboarding accident and while on bed rest got into learning more about training and how the body works. It's been a great journey and introduced me to some of the best people I have had the pleasure of knowing.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Personal Training, Nutrition Counseling, In home/at gym workouts, Life Coaching, workout planning and meal planning.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Find a trainer that you feel comfortable with. If you are not comfortable with your trainer, you wont feel comfortable in your workouts. If you feel comfortable you will be motivated and want to push yourself.
