- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is very simple: $10 per 1000 sq. ft to mow and $30 per hour for other work. We request a minimum charge of $20. The average mowing jobs is $25 to $35, depending on the height of the grass; grass over 4 inches will cost more. Landscaping and tree service depends on the job scope. We aims to keep our prices affordable as we seek long term relationships with our customers based on trust and performance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon contact we determine the scope of a job, nature of job (recurring or one time), establish time work will be done, determine method of payment, and do work. It's that simple.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Veterans Landscaping is a company that was founded by a WWII Veteran and a Vietnam War Veteran. The current President, has been involved in the lawn maintenance business for almost 50 years. Many or our lawn technicians are highly experienced.
