- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have some basic pricing packages posted on my site, but I pride myself on being flexible to extend or reduce my coverage as needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally start with some online or email contacts. I ask some basic questions about the plans for the preparations, ceremony, and reception when the client needs a wedding videographer. A telephone conversation or meeting may follow. For any type of event, wedding, anniversary, birthday, engagement party, or whatever else - I strive to determine what will make my coverage of the event more special for them and their families.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides professional training to improve analytic and observational skills, I completed formal training for cable television video production and regularly utilize online training sessions through video, photography, and event planning sites.
