I serve all those who are in need, Catholic and non-Catholic, no matter if they have been divorced and may not have had a annulment, want to be married outside a Church venue or want to be married and not had sufficient time for a traditional marriage preparation course.
I also will do non-denominational and Christian weddings, or Hawaiian themed weddings as I have had experience in Hawaiian oleo, language, and customs.
I like to have my couples choose all their elements for their weddings, but am here to guide and assist as needed.
Serving all the people of God and being able to make their day as special as they had hoped it would be.
It is so rewarding to see that the bride and groom and families are able to have a ceremony that means so much to them, and that I was a part of their special day. It is an honor and privilege to serve.

Bishop Bill was the officiant at my daughter's wedding. Both she and her fiance live out of state and Bishop Bill was able to work with them long distance and then was able to meet in person when they were both in town. He helped them prepare a wedding service that was exactly what they wanted. He was able to attend the rehearsal to work out all the details. The wedding ceremony went perfectly the next day. It was everything we dreamed it would be. We highly recommend Bishop Bill.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we are firm on the date, I like to meet with the couple to go over any questions they may have and begin planning the ceremony. I believe if we can get that "off the checklist", then that is one less thing to worry about.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in Ordained ministry since 2001. My Priestly Ordination was in 2003 and Consecrated a Bishop in 2009. I have been involved in liturgical planning and ceremony creation and assistance for over 20 year dating back to before I was Ordained.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types. Catholic and non-Catholic alike. Most of the time it is when either the bride or groom are Catholic and the other is not.
I've worked with couples who want a ceremony outdoors, or not in the formal church setting.
I've also done a few traditional Hawaiian weddings for those who had ties to the islands but live here on the mainland.
