Ben did an excellent job with installation of our closet rods and mounting of our 60" TV. I had initially installed the closet rods myself; however, after the rods falling and tearing out drywall I knew I needed to hire some professional help. Ben was able to add me to his schedule the next day, arrived on time, quickly installed the closet rods and mounted the TV, and was completely professional. His prices are unbeatable ($35)!!!! I won't hesitate to hire him again for any future home improvement services.
Walt did a great job on installing car siding on our ceiling. The wood was a hot mess. It had been bought 3 yrs ago and was stored outside ünder a tarp my hubby was gonna do the work but then got sick. I would very highly recommend Walt for any hot messes you have !!! Thanks Walt sorry I didn't get to meet you Am not including photo as we have to paint the wood yet and it is a large area
JDM did a wonderful job. Dave came in and replaced all 14 electrical outlets in our home some as old as 70 years. We now have the peace of mind tgat we are safe from outlet fires. Thanks JDM.
John was awesome! Called in the afternoon on a Saturday and he made time on Saturday night to mount a very large TV. Will be recommending him often to anyone who needs home theater installation. This is your guy!
Joe did a great job on my bathroom! He started it the next day and got the job completed in 2 days! New toilet vanity, painted walls and trim, and hung a new light fixture! Professional, clean, and completed the job under budget! He is coming back this week to install new flooring and trim in the family room.
Chris did some work for us in our laundry room. New flooring with drain, mudding and painting walls. The finished product looks great. He was very approachable with ideas and worked around my schedule to complete the job. I plan on turning to him with any future needs.
Very conscientious, professional work for a fair price. Fixed things previous electricians did poorly or improperly. Came back on a Saturday to finish up the work so all the outdoor electrical work would be completed for the weekend. Would definitely recommend Vaughn to others.
I hired Lyndell to install a shower surround kit in my master bathroom and ended up hiring him to do so much more! He was able to repair some pesky woodpecker damage on my chimney chase. He noticed some loose cedar siding and repaired that as well. The chimney looks great and is better than the original construction. He came in under budget and was very thorough with his work. Couldn't be happier. The shower kit and door kit installation went just a smoothly. Lyndell performed a very "clean demolition, made some structural repairs and installed the shower kit with a high level of craftsmanship and care for my home. The shower surround also came in under budget and looks (and works) great! I'm very pleased with the work he performed at my house. Side note: take the time to get to know Lyndell...he is capable of more than you think. His background is amazing and his work ethic is refreshing. I'm planning on hiring Lyndell for future projects at my new home.
We had Daylan come in and install some recessed lighting in our kitchen. He was professional, courteous, punctual and completed the job very quickly. Everything was installed properly and we are loving our new lights. He also provided me with very useful information on other projects we hope to tackle in the future. It's always nice when an electrician, carpenter, plumber etc. shares their best practices. I would definitely recommend Daylan to others.
Installer was on time and did quality work. Highly recommend these guys.
Russ & his crew ask the right questions, on time or communicate delays if ever any. We’ve worked on many projects & he’s even credited when under budget. The best installation company ever! B. Power customer for 10 years.
Working with Bevin was a wonderful experience, to say the least. He was professional and showed mastery of the various items I wanted to take care of in my home, from mounting a living room TV to installing data cabling. I trusted leaving him alone with my home - I met him at 6am one morning and came home to find a detailed email explaining everything, a phone call to follow up, and all of the areas worked on neat and tidy - he even swept up messes previously on the floors! The wiring was meticulously done down to the finest details, and the work was done at a very reasonable rate for a Master Electrician. This is the guy you want to hire, look no further. I will definitely be reaching out to him for more work in the future.
My husband & I had 5 different tilers come to take a look at our floor. Out of the five we bought it down to 2 and then when with Joe/Native Remodels - We have a older (1963) home with many obstacles- Radiant heat/pocket doors/side bathroom, plus we were having 3 rooms that flowed into each other done (650 sq.ft.) They said it would take 6 days - And it did - They did all the tear out and disposal. They worked on saving our existing molding. My tile is beautiful and straight. They were very easy to talk too. Made sure my cat did not get outside. Worked around me, since I work out of the home. Installed a kitchen light for me. Fixed a loose tile on our foyer entrance. The price was overly fair. Very pleased with the work & professional manner. Will be hiring them in the future to remodel our master bath. 1 project at a time. Brigette Begos
I used this young man (gosh, does that make me an old lady?) For two small jobs. No handyman could make my doorbell work, so there was something wrong at a level that nobody else could fix and I needed a professional. The other thing is that the can lights in the living room ceiling were too bright. He fixed the doorbell problem quickly and efficiently. As we were talking, I told him how bright the canned lights were and that they made me squint. We looked on the Internet for a solution, but he didn’t see anything he was looking for. A couple days later, he had found some kind of filters that would go over the cans and he texted me. Keep in mind that this is such a small job in such a detail that I was quite impressed that he even remembered we talked about it. So he came over at the right time and very nicely fixed my problem creatively with some kind of something that went over the lights. He also took the step chair down back to the basement without me asking. Forgot to mention that he also worked with a fluorescent light in the basement that no longer work. He needed to match materials to what was there, so once he saw them he went out and purchased them and then came back. I thought that was extremely convenient. Previous to him coming over, are used a large electrical company to do $3000 worth of work and they needed three guys. I really didn’t want to get into that again. I needed somebody to use for small jobs. He and I never talked about whether or not he does the big jobs as well. If he does, I would recommend That you talk to him, and if you need a smaller job done I would definitely give him a call.
Stonehenge contractors do terrific work for a very reasonable rate. Rory James & his team perform in a professional manner and their work is 1st class. They did a kitchen/breakfast room remodel for us that first involved the demo (removing all the old tile and cabinets), and then installed new tile, cabinets, dishwasher, some plumbing rework for a multiple sink design and then face brickwork installation behind our industrial kitchen stove. The job turned out better than we imagined and in less time than expected. Rory also installed a temporary kitchen counter-top and small sink so we have a functional kitchen until the granite counter-tops come in a few weeks. At that time Rory will come back to hook up the permanent sinks and install the back-splash tile. We will definitely use Stonehenge again when we remodel the master bathroom and also recommend them to anyone that is doing any type of home remodel/improvement project. John & Bonnie C. Home Security & Automation were amazing! They showed up on time to install a home surveillance system. The price was extremely reasonable and they also walked us through how to use the system properly. They asked questions to make sure i was happy with the results. Everything looks and works great i would definitely recommend them to others.
So glad I called double vision after the crappy job another company had done. They set up a complete security system and took the time to explain how to use it (I'm totally clueless when it comes to technology) I look forward to having you gentlemen come back to install my tv and sound system
Working with Steve was an amazing, POSITIVE contrast to previous contractors we've had in the house. We gave him a "test drive," by asking him to install a couple of windows. When we experienced his workmanship and dependability, we then contracted him to patch up the drywall and install the kitchen cabinets we had already ordered from another company. Dependable: Steve came when he said he would---or called when he was running late. He also went above and beyond what was "required" of him to do his job. We didn't have a car big enough to bring one of our windows home, so Steve picked it up for us, and brought it home! Quality of workmanship: His work was outstanding. Steve paid attention to big AND small details (leveling each of the cabinet doors!); carefully followed--or improved upon--the cabinet plans; touched up the paint that was scuffed when cabinets were installed; and cleaned up after himself every day. With the drywall, he took the time to go over it two or three times, until the new part was seamless with the old. With the window trim, he made a custom stain that beautifully coordinates the window trim to the cabinets, and gave me extra for our future use. Knowledgeable: He knows the code, and chooses to go beyond the minimum. He moved one of our windows, and told us the minimum header was eight inches. He chose to put in an ten inch header. When the rough work was done by the other contractors (plumber and electrician), he pointed out a couple of things that weren't up to code, and said we should be sure these details were done before the rough inspection. He helped me save thousands of dollars by walking me through how to be my own general contractor---at no cost to us. From time to time, Steve would even call me to see how things were progressing, and let me know the "next step," to keep things moving. He pointed out ways he could have saved me money on the cabinets, if I had ordered through him. We're hoping to do an addition on the house in a couple of years. When we do, we'll be calling this guy again. Thanks, Steve, for your outstanding workmanship! I LOVE our kitchen! :)
Tank's Home Improvement was hired to reseal and caulk a bathtub and fix a wall that was flaking. He worked according to my schedule, which meant he had to start the job at 11- o'clock at night since I'm a third shifter working from home. He even went as far as to scrub my bathtub (which I hate to admit, was pretty filthy) The job was completed in one night, the tub has stopped leaking and the wall has been patched, and is holding up far better than before. He is the third handyman I hired for this problem and the only one to do the job correctly, reasonably and to my schedule. I will be hiring him again to handyman the rest of my 200 year old house that's been falling apart.
