Violin Lessons (for adults)

Jonathan knows in and out about the violin. As an instructor, he scores 10 on 10. He makes sure that the student is getting the basics right. He is neither too fast nor too slow. He goes the right speed that is good for a complete beginner like me. He also has good command on other instruments like Piano, Viola etc. He is very punctual and friendly. I highly recommend Jonathan to any person who wants to learn Violin from the scratch.

Being an adult who choose to return to lessons, Jonathan was EXACTLY what I needed to improve my confidence (which is HUGE) and offers the tools I needed to take my playing to a whole new level. Listening to what my struggles and goals were, he has structured the lessons to be tailored to my needs. He shares not only his knowledge of classical teaching, but is able to teach other genres’ of music, such as Irish fiddling, Bluegrass and improv to mention a few. Jonathan can take his teaching out of the text-books, if needed, and incorporate his experiences to support how to overcome challenges not found in books. Being patient, caring and friendly to all, he makes learning this challenging instrument so much easier. I have seen him interact with his young students and would highly recommend him to parents and also to students of ANY age or level.
