Blodgett Property Management removed a heavy sleeper sofa, mattress, video monitor, old humidifier, 8 or nine small items. James Blodgett communicated with me before the job, told me when they'd get here, and gave me an estimate based on pictures. They were on time (exactly) and very pleasant guys. They were quick and efficient. I would definitely hire them again.

Blodgett Property Management installed gutter extensions on my house and was very easy to work with. Finding a pro to complete any kind of work is often stressful and difficult to even get someone to show up, but Blodgett responded to my request very quickly, came for a quote within a few days, and completed the work within a week. Great service and great job on extending the gutters!

James & his brother showed up as promised and took away the stove I hired them to take, plus several other items of junk that I asked them to remove all for the initial quoted price he quoted me. I would hire them again without reservation.
