Highly recommend. Great communication. Prompt. Very professional when here...job included moving/disposing of a very heavy broken down riding mower that was frozen in place (literally and figuratively). They got it done, no questions asked. I would use again in a second.

Blodgett Property Management removed a heavy sleeper sofa, mattress, video monitor, old humidifier, 8 or nine small items. James Blodgett communicated with me before the job, told me when they'd get here, and gave me an estimate based on pictures. They were on time (exactly) and very pleasant guys. They were quick and efficient. I would definitely hire them again.

James responded quickly to my request and was able to come out within a few days to give us a quote on repairing our downspouts. On the day of the repair, he was here earlier than he planned and got the work done in a timely matter. After he finished, he offered to remove some junk we had, and gave us input on other projects we want to do. I highly recommend contacting Blodgett Property Management for your home repair needs.

James was open and honest, and most importantly he did a great job installing new gutters! He also repaired fascia board, and installed a rain barrel for me. Would absolutely recommend!
