These meals are centered around optimal nutrition from whole food sources. The quality is high seeing that it is from local sources, which enhances the nutrition.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    More often you have a session per week the more of a discount. Can be as low as $40 a session. Referring new clients to me for an assessment and then when/if they sign up the current client will gain a free session.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Assess their beginning point, goals, barriers that may keep them from reaching their goals, program overview, nutrition overview, physical assessment and starting measurements. First session after that will be construction of the program based on the assessment and food logs. Progressions for each exercise will be added when necessary.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Online fitness professional and sports nutrition certificates. 10 years of personal training and coaching. 6 years as a nutritionist. 500 plus client portfolio.
