Our experience with Flooring Professionals International was great from start to finish. Dave came the next day after I requested a consultation and spent a lot of time with us reviewing floor samples for our basement renovation. He was extremely responsive when a few days later we actually changed our minds about the type of flooring we wanted, responding on a Sunday. They waived the restocking fee even though the flooring had already shipped. He did a virtual consult with us on Zoom due to the Safer at Home order, and helped us pick an LVT product we were really happy with. The installation was incredibly fast - they were in and out in less than 3 hours, and the floors look amazing! A very high quality product and great company to work with. Highly recommend, especially to avoid going to flooring showrooms.

Floor Coverings International (FCI) was an excellent company to work with. I needed someone who could remove ceramic tiles and carpeting, measure, and install a specific product I was only able to find online. Local companies only provided these services if I bought their flooring. I found FCI via Thumbtack. They responded immediately to my inquiry. Ally, the design coordinator, came to my house and was a pleasure to work with - knowledgable, professional and very helpful in assisting me with my project. As the job proceeded I found the whole team to be comprised of quality people. Jason, the flooring installer is a craftsman. His workmanship provided beautiful results. From my experience I can say they stand behind their promise to make the customer happy. You can trust them to do you right.

Dave and his team were a pleasure to work with. He provided us with plenty of time and information for choosing the carpets, and the work was done within our tight schedule and on a short notice, which required making special arrangements for delivery of the materials and even a free upgrade of the underlayment. The team who installed the carpet did an excellent job, paying a lot of attention to the appearance of the stairs (but not only). At the end, Dave inspected the work thoroughly, unlike the other company I worked with on a different project, and even sent beautiful flowers at the end of the job, although we should have given them the flowers for a job well done!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have any price gimmicks or ""one week only sales"". There are no ""buy 2 rooms get 1 free"" type of stuff.
We simply offer the best products from the best manufacturers, using the most qualified installers, at an everyday great value. Our prices are always all-inclusive, with no change-orders. Once we give you a price, it stays that way even if your job becomes more complex once we remove your current flooring. There are no surprises, and you will not pay your balance until you are completely satisfied with result.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with the in-home consultation. Book an appointment, and we will handle the rest. Appointments can last from 30 min to 2 hours depending on how you like to shop. We will stay with you as long as you need to find a product that you love. Once we find the customized flooring solution that works for you, we agree to cash or payment terms, and schedule your install. Typically, your project can be complete in undr 2 weeks from the initial appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everybody in the Floor Coverings International family receives 100's of hours of computer based and hands on training.
We visit the home office in Atlanta 2-4 times a year for specialized workshops.
We meet monthly with our reps from each company to learn the latest installation techniques and tips to get the most longevity and performance out of each product we carry.
Every installer is scrutinized for certifications, references, years of experience, and overall talent. We aren't looking for a bargain when it comes to installers, we are looking for the best available at a good value.
