Chef Jay is amazing! He made my birthday dinner a night to remember. Chef Jay came prepared with everything as discussed and even interacted with my guests. My family and friends truly enjoyed the appetizers, entree, and dessert. They could not stop talking about how good the food was last night. Personal Chef

Chef Jay and his team catered a private dinner for 8 for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary. Throughout the entire process he was responsive and straight-forward. He was on-time (even a few minutes early!) and put several personal touches on the evening. We had the shrimp bruschetta, surf & turf, and chocolate lava cake. The food was excellent and the presentation blew everyone away. Chef Jay was an absolute pleasure to work with and I wholeheartedly recommend working with him and his team.

Personal Chef

This was my first time hiring a personal chef. We hired him for a Birthday dinner party. Let me start by saying it will not be my last. Chef Jay showed professionalism from point of first contact. He arrived at my home on time and prepared. He was interactive while he prepared the meal. He was extremely accommodating to all my guests. My friends were impressed with quality of the food. It tasted fantastic! Not really sure how I am going to go to a restaurant again because Chef Jay has truly spoiled me.

We worked with Chef Jay for my dad's 60th birthday party because we couldn't have a larger party for him due to COVID restrictions, and we wanted to celebrate responsibly. Our party of seven did not regret our decision! Chef Jay was really professional and made the day very special for my dad. And the FOOD! Actual quote from my mother "These mashed potatoes are to die for. This is what God is going to have waiting on my plate when I get to heaven." He was very accommodating of my mother's gluten sensitivity, and was flexible to serve two dishes of salmon instead of steak for my sister and mother. Since we wanted to make it a surprise, he and his staff were very understanding and accommodating when the plan went awry and my parents were late for dinner! The blend of flavors in the pear and arugula salad was amazing, the crab cakes were probably the best I'll have in my life, the steak and lobster and asparagus with 4-cheese macaroni and cheese was delectable, and the peach cobbler cheesecake was divine. My dad said it was the best birthday he ever had, and I 100% recommend Chef Jay's services. Your life will be changed by food artistry and exceptional taste :)

    I am a self taught chef for the most part . I received my certifications at roberti culinary pathway to work in any kitchen. I have work in 3 upscale hotel as cook and learned different cooking methods to better my crafts for myself and also for my client.
