What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One Garage is included in pricing, additional outbuildings may be completed for an additional fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up and confirm pricing, discuss pre-inspection agreement before signing, set up inspection time and place, conduct inspection (hopefully customer can be there) and then provide a custom report with photographs to document the property condition.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experienced in general construction and maintenance of home systems going back to 1996. Licensed Home Inspector in the State of Wisconsin.
