Show up for scheduled cleaning or call to let me know they aren’t coming. First day they didn’t show because of a car problem so they rescheduled for the next day which they also didn’t show or call to let me know they weren’t coming. Will not call for service again!

Thank you for your feedback, I do apologize for the inconvenience both days. I did try to contact you as soon as I could however, I understand why you would be frustrated. I try to avoid last minute cancellations from happening and I will try to take better precautions in the future. Thank you for your consideration.
