We offer flat rate pricing on most of our cleaning packages to provide transparency and peace of mind. Our flat rates are based on the average condition of a typical home requiring standard cleaning. This means the fee you pay is based on the quality and completion of the job—not the amount of time it takes to finish. However, some homes may require extra effort due to heavy dirt buildup, clutter, or neglected areas. In these cases, a heavy-duty cleaning fee may be necessary to cover the additional work. If this applies, we’ll notify you upfront before proceeding and provide a clear estimate.

We started Perennial Cleaning Services because we wanted to build something of our own while helping people get some of their time back.
