- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The basic pricing for catering with 1 meat, depending on the choice of meat, I start a budget menu at $7.95 per person, and we go up from there. $8.95, $9.95 and possibly more , again depending on the choice of meat.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like an email or Text with any questions. Our menu is built just for you I will go to the customers home, sit down with them, go over a sheet of food preferences, as well as dislikes and what they would absolutely not want or want as an ingredient used to make the food of their choice. I will them take it home write up a receipt, including the wants and dislike, and the quoted price. The customer will then get a copy, and I will keep a copy. I will always stay in touch with the customer up until the day of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started cooking when I was 8. I always Loved it. I then started cooking with my grandmother, and I really just took off and bloomed after that. I have also cooked for some small Nursing homes.
