Hired to do pre-move in cleaning at my house. They gave an estimate without requiring an inspection first, which was something most other cleaners were unwilling to do. Because of this, I was able to have the cleaning scheduled the day after we closed on the house. They also gave the lowest estimate of any cleaners we contacted. Corey is very responsive, always very professional and happy to go the extra mile. He offered to come back the day after our scheduled cleaning date to finish up a couple of little spots that were missed, at no extra charge. Overall extremely happy we chose C&N!

I was in a bind and needed someone to get into my apartment within 3 days and get it done. I reached out to 4 different pros on thumbtack and Corey was the only who got back to me and I’m happy it was him. He went above and beyond what I could have asked for in a cleaner. The place looked great, and for such a reasonable price. He made a separate trip just to drop off the apartment key I needed to turn in. In a world where customer service is dying, Corey proved to me quality, customer service driven professionals are still out there. Corey n team were right on time and started right away. They took sufficient time to work on every nook and corner and did an awesome job.
They also accommodated some impromptu requests from us which was really amazing.
I will be hiring C&N for any cleaning work that I have in future for sure.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We Recommend inquiring about a flat rate for your cleaning needs. Our flat rates are cost savings for "You" our customer. This allows us to take extra time cleaning without the price affecting the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OSHA 10hr Certified Training, Over 20 years of cleaning residential and commercial property. Originally starting cleaning worming for my parents cleaning company.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Family inspired us to provide a service to people.
