Mary was fantastic! My boyfriend and I bought a house 1.5 hours away and she made the trip twice!! We got a move in clean and the bathtub had lots of irons stains. She made it look sooo much better! Very thankful for Mary(:

Arrived 5 minutes early, great sign! I had a terrible mess in my apartment. Boxes stacked high, garbage on floor, etc. (I have been ill for about a year and unable to do almost anything.) Mary dove right in without hesitation and cleaned it up so well, it looked like new! Thank you, Mary! It was also a good value, and she was very professional as well. What a life saver!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have learned that I work very efficiently, much quicker than others, typically. Therefore, I don’t feel comfortable charging an hourly rate for most jobs. I feel like I usually get jobs done in half the time as others.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer is different. I just listen to what they want, and we figure out a plan. I don't request to see houses prior, however if a customer requests this, I gladly accept.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I had a recent project to help a woman struggling with depression. I was able to get her house clean and organized and it felt so good to help her!
