The tech Mike was very helpful when they showed up to my house, however....Beware! Get a quote up front! If they fail to tell you then it isn't good. I asked the owner twice for pricing prior to making my decision. He told me the technician would tell me when they get here... Well, they sure did. Cost was $400 to repair a tv I paid $1000 for and the fix was super simple... Just buy another cable. And by the way... The diagnostic and trip charge is $100. Again, would have been helpful to know when I asked for this info.

James is a Grumpy know it all jerk who is overpriced and talks down to his potential customers. He has seen way too many days on earth and is pissed off he is still here. Why else would you argue with a customer when the tech says it wasn't right? Never do business with this person. He will empty your wallet and tell you "it pays to be the doctor". Go elsewhere at all costs...it'll be cheaper.
