I hired Jon to move a piano and some other heavy furniture. He was professional, efficient, abs personable. I would absolutely hire him again if/when the need arises.

Simply great; reducing the stress of the move. Very efficient. Friendly, helpful, responsive. I can't think of enough adjectives. This move involved my mother-in-law moving from independent living to assisted living. I've dealt with many movers involving my own parents. (My dad liked to move around from one senior apt complex to some new one opening up, etc., in the Milwaukee suburb area. Probably six times, yikes!) Jim and Aaron shine all on their own, but especially in comparison to my past experiences. Would HIGHLY recommend.

    About

We are twin brothers who have always dreamed of owning a business together. Over the years we have helped friends and family move so we decided to start our own moving company. We take pride in making sure the clients belongings stay in the same condition, and to do that we wrap everything in pads, then plastic wrap and finally tape to secure everything. We have never had an insurance claim but if we do we are fully insured. We move locally and throughout the midwest.

How much should you tip furniture movers?

Moving furniture is hard work and potentially dangerous unless you’re properly equipped. For anyone not ready to handle their heavy oak armoire alone, professional furniture movers can safely and efficiently move your items to another room in your house or across town as needed. The national average cost to hire heavy furniture movers is $150-$200 per hour. This rate could include multiple furniture movers working as a team to move items such as beds, armoires, billiards tables, pianos, shelves, tables, entertainment centers and more. Hourly rates can vary by region. If your furniture movers have arrived on time, done a great job, kept your home and belongings protected from scratches and dings, and completed the move as planned, a tip will be greatly appreciated. Moving companies suggest approximately 10 percent of the total bill as gratuity for those doing local moving jobs, which is also a good guideline for tipping heavy furniture movers. If the total bill for heavy moving was $100 and two workers were onsite, consider giving them $10 total, or $5 each for a job well done.
