I was getting error codes and having problems with files after upgrading to Windows 10. I posted on Thumbtack about my issue and within a few hours Michael Gallmann of Watertown Computing responded. He offered a fair estimate and inquired further about my problem to better understand it. He was willing to discuss the issue, and since I have some technical experience, offered simple solutions before making an appointment.
Since the issue couldn't be resolved remotely, Mike offered to come to my residence and take a look (I would like to note that he was willing to meet in a public place if I had not had a desktop PC). He was on time and very professional. He always asked if I was comfortable with what he was doing before troubleshooting. He came prepared, and if he didn't have what he needed he was willing to get it. Mike was very knowledgeable and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.
