Great Experience!Dave came to my house with flooring and carpet samples. I was able to get a good idea of how it would look.I had LVP installed in the kitchen and dining area. They moved the furniture, removed the prior floor, cleaned everything and smoothed out a high spot before laying the new floor. It looks wonderful.A few days later they were back to replace the carpet in the living room and master bedroom. Same great experience. They responded to all my questions and concerns.I love the updated look of my house!
DE Custom Floors, Inc.'s reply

I needed carpet for several rooms in my home and contacted Dave and Kelly from DE Custom Floors, Inc for help with this project. They were both very knowledgeable about their products, cost, and timing for install. Dave and his crew arrived right on time and explained exactly how the project was going to be accomplished. They were very professional, kept everything nice and neat, and got the job done in a timely manner. I am so very happy with my new carpet. Dave went above and beyond to make sure each room being carpeted was done perfectly. I absolutely love my new carpet. I would highly recommend Dave and Kelly from DE Custom Floor, Inc.

We experienced a basement flood due to the storm on August 9th. We shopped around various service providers and settled on DE Custom Floors. The owner Dave was straight forward with his approach on how to fix our basement (LVP, carpet?) and we went with him. We selected LVP and we could not be happier with the finished look of the basement, a huge upgrade from traditional carpeting. His team did a great job with the install and completed the project in 2 days. I have no problem recommending DE Custom Floors to anyone who needs a flooring renovation.
