I wish I could give 10 stars. Liz was amazing! I have had knee pain for years. She was able to identify the cause and made me a treatment plan that helped me get back to the activities that I love. She listened to my concerns and genuinely cared about my pain. I can't recommend Liz/Ares PT enough.

Last year I suffered a pretty serious knee injury, and ever since then my knee just hasnt felt the same. I tried going through traditional physical therapy, but nothing seemed to make a real difference. I often felt like the programs I was given werent actually designed for me they felt generic, like something pulled off a shelf rather than something built around my specific needs. After a while, I honestly started to believe I might never return to competitive cycling, which was a huge part of my life.Fortunately, I eventually found Ares, and from the very beginning something just felt different. Dr. Liz actually took the time to listen really listen to what I was experiencing and what my goals were. She created a program tailored specifically to me, and what impressed me even more was how it evolved as I improved. It never felt like a one size fits all approach, it felt intentional, thoughtful, and personal.Im not fully healed yet, but Im genuinely on the road to recovery in a way I never thought possible. I cant thank Dr. Liz and her entire staff enough for their support, expertise, and encouragement. For the first time since my injury, I feel hopeful more hopeful than Ive been in a long time. My friend told my about this place so I decided to check it out for myself. I've been putting off going to see a PT for a while. Great service, no wait time at all and didn't feel rushed. Would recommend. ****Update they now offer have massage therapist on site.

I have been plagued with chronic shoulder pain from years of sitting at a desk with terrible posture. Not only am I working on strengthening and reactivating muscles I haven't used in a while, I am also getting great tips on how to improve my posture. Highly recommend!
