Ryan offers more than just personal training. He is your biggest supporter in your journey, whether weight loss or just wanting to get in better shape. He goes above and beyond for his clients. Your sucess is his success. Whatever your goals, Ryan is the best choice. Highly recommend him.May 15, 2016
I sought out a personal trainer in my final semester of grad school as I began to notice studying took precedence over my fitness and overall health and was worried moving patients 8 hours a day as a physical therapist would become laborsome because I wasn’t in shape anymore. Ryan has been my online personal trainer from 7 hours away for the last 4 months. He has tailored workouts that fit my lifestyle to help burn fat, build muscle mass, and improve my overall strength, therefore making working full time as a physical therapist easier. Ryan makes himself available every day for texts or emails when I have questions regarding my workouts to make it as easy to understand as possible, checks in regularly to ensure I am progressing towards my goals, and is always there to celebrate success! Ryan is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and exercise and is more than a personal trainer; he’s a lifestyle coach! In 4 months of online personal training with Right Body Fitness I now weigh more because I have more muscle mass, I have regained my confidence, began to eat protein bars, and crush workouts at the gym. People at the gym have asked where I learned to lift weights and I proudly say I invested in a personal trainer - who trains me online! I would recommend Ryan from Right Body Fitness to anyone looking to improve their overall health and wellness despite the distance from Waukesha!Apr 14, 2016
Right Body Fitness is really the place to be for me. Ryan has helped me so much over the last 9 months. He showed me comprehensive eating goals and it was a lot easier than I thought. He's really nice and not the hard-nosed trainer type I thought was typical in the fitness world. When people ask me what I've been doing to lose weight and get healthy I tell them I invested in a trainer. I really recommend him to all my friends.Apr 7, 2016

Ryan feels like part of our family. My husband and I have beet raining with him for over two years. We are both in better physical shape than ever and feel great. Since I started nutrition counseling, I've lost 18 pounds. My husband started recently and has lost 15. Now our son has begun training with Ryan. He's making much wiser food choices and is well on his way to his weight loss goal. We've really become the nutrition family and we're all in a better place thanks to Ryan.Apr 9, 2016
I have had a incredibility positive experience training with Ryan. Ryan is very positive and encouraging. Training is held at a pace that is right for you and your goals. He is very knowledgeable about nutrition and will provide guidance to help you get on the right track. I have trained with Ryan for several years which included getting me in shape for my wedding. He listened to my concerns and we focused on those goals to get me into a fabulous wedding dress.Apr 5, 2016
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My one-on-one rates for private studio personal training range from $50-63/ session. All sessions are 60 minutes in length. My small group (2-4 people) training rates range from $23-31 per session. All group sessions are also 60 minutes in length. My online training option is $75-$115/month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? When I meet a new potential client I open the conversation up to you. I want to know as much about you as possible right off the bat. I sit back and listen. We will discuss your exercise history, any injuries, what has worked for you in the past/what hasn't worked and of course your goals. Once, my new client and I have a clear and congruent understanding of your goals, lifestlyle, time commitments we will then talk about a plan. The first step is talking about nutrition (the cornerstone to your success). All my clients follow a 10 step nutrition habit building plan where you will learn the importance of protein, water, when to eat carbs, how to log your food accurately, proper supplements etc. Each habit is worked on for 2-3 weeks. One at a time; one step at time. While you work on your habits in your daily life, you will begin one-on-one workouts with me in my private studio. We will first focus on your endurance, work capacity, core strength and mobility. After a 6 week prep phase I will introduce resistance training so you can begin to really improve your strength and build lean muscle (crucial for fat and weight loss). If you are a running client, resistance training will come right away. From there, will progress on a week to week basis until you reach your goals or beyond!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Bachelors in Recreation Management from Carroll University. I have worked in three commercial gyms and now enjoy my time training clients in my private personal training studio. My background as a collegiate track athlete allows me to help endurance athletes improve their strength and speed to improve their race times.
