With a short notice we reached out to Modern Exterior to do an inspection on a roof for a house we are buying. Haylee arrived on time and did a full inspection of the roof and even went into the attic! She was very knowledgeable and was able to provide us with an immediate solution to the roofing issues.

Needed an egress window installed. Discovered the previous concrete work was not sufficient. They gave their recommendation on what was needed to install window properly. Once they returned- they communicated and asked questions to verify they would do what we wanted. Done well and Looks great!!

Modern Exterior replaced a section of my gutters for me this Spring. From the initial appointment for the quote till the work was completed it was a pleasure working with this team. They are very responsive- every time I called they picked up or called me back. The work quality was great - exactly what I was looking for. Even though this was a gutter job, it was quite a difficult one since some of the gutters are hard to reach but I was impressed with their work. Price is reasonable too. I will surely be using them again next time.
