- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is done on a case by case. For instance a door install can be easy on one project but on the next there can be other obstacles and challenges. Therefore pricing will be done after the job and difficulty is evaluated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing myself, my company, the type of work we can do and specialize in, and a basic rundown of the construction process and payment schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a carpenter for 20+ years. I have worked in just about every aspect of carpentry and love it.
