- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is typically based on amount of work (sq ft) and how detailed the project is. Demos are priced based on size of an area. Floor, wall, mosaics and backsplashes are priced based on area, any additional prep needed, and certain types of material used during install.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk about your needs and any issues about your project, give an estimate based on what we discussed, After you have reviewed your estimate and have had all your questions answered we will come to an agreement so that we may begin your project. We will then schedule a time for myself to come begin your project. I keep close communication with you over the process of my install.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have taken some Tile workshops at The Tile Shop to better my knowledge on different products and methods.
