- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We studied and researched a product and service that we felt we could do well and added one every year. We like seeing the end result.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It would be very helpful if they had a general idea of what they want their project to do for them but more specifically a budget of what they want to invest in the project. We know they do not know what it cost but if they don't know if they want to spend $20 or 20 thousand our design plans can be endless.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish that customers knew how much effort goes in to coordinating a successful project , battling delivery delays , scheduling, the permit process, weather etc. I also wish they would know how much we want to make them happy.
